Apple co-founders Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak built a prototype game for which company?

Before they founded Apple, Steve Wozniak was designing calculators at HP while Steve Jobs was a $5-an-hour technician at an arcade-game company. When Jobs's bosses handed him a prototype assignment with a bonus attached, he called Wozniak with a handshake to split the take down the middle. Which company did Jobs and Woz build a prototype for?

Correct Answer: Atari
(Source)If you know your Apple history, you can probably guess which one of them really built it. Atari engineers ended up rebuilding the whole game from scratch, but if you ever played Breakout on an Atari cabinet, you can kinda thank Woz for that. Jobs collected his $5,000 bonus and, in arguably his first son-of-a-bitch move, only handed Wozniak $350. Woz found out the truth from a book a decade later. Some down-the-middle split.
