We sure took it for granted back in the day, but like many things from the time of yore VHS tapes have become high-priced collector items.

But we’re not talking about that tape you used to record reruns of Happy Days — unless you have an unsealed copy of a hard-to-find release from 30 to 40 years ago, you’re not going to find a secret fortune in that box of tapes in your basement. Sorry.

But if you happened to get your hands on a copy of one movie’s VHS release in particular, and you happened to never open it or watch it and kept it locked away somewhere, then you might just have a small fortune on your hands.
