Who does Dorothy's house kill in The Wizard of Oz?

How do you kill a witch? If you're pretty sure you've been cursed, that's probably the only way to free yourself — but it ain't easy.
According to Current Archeology, not that long ago (~late 1600s to early 1700s) your solution would lie in a witch bottle. Take any kind of glass or pottery bottle, fill it with items that might hurt a witch (like prickly grass and sharp pins), and most of all include some human urine. They said it, not us. Then you bury the bottle, and eventually the witch will begin to fall ill and eventually die.
Here's one other way: Land a damn house on top of them. At least as far as 1939's The Wizard of Oz is concerned, that will also kill a witch. Kill 'em good.
And that's just what happens when Dorothy and Toto get caught up in a massive tornado and touch down in the land of Oz. But who exactly did Dorothy "take care of" when her house finally landed?
