What punk rock musician has been a vocal advocate that aliens are real?
Things that are definitely punk: calling people fascists, Mohawks, trashing your hotel room.
Things that are questionably punk: advocating for the existence of life beyond our planet.
Despite the fact it doesn't necessarily add anything to their street cred, this famous musician has been convinced of extraterrestrial life for some time, and been pretty damn clear about it. Any idea who that is?

The answer is: Tom DeLonge. Tom DeLonge has been a serious believer in aliens, UFOs, and conspiracy theories since his youth, long before founding Blink-182. His bandmate Travis Barker said in a 2019 interview that Tom used to look for UFOs outside the tour bus window. When Tom received his first royalty check from Universal Music Group in 1996, he bought his first personal computer that he immediately used to research aliens. Source
