The answer is: Kevin Bacon. Despite being a major movie star now, Animal House was Kevin Bacon’s first film and the ushers at the premiere didn’t believe him when he said he was in the movie. They made him sit in the back of the theater with the regular movie-goers while the cast and crew watched the movie together. It might have been embarrassing at the time, but fortunately didn’t seem to hurt his career in the long run.Source
