Nerdy Trivia: January 16, 2025
Happy Appreciate a Dragon Day!
Dragons appear in nearly every ancient culture on Earth, from Chinese imperial protectors to European treasure guardians. These powerful serpents show up in artwork, stories, and religious texts spanning thousands of years across continents that had zero contact with each other. I'm not saying it was aliens... but if you're looking for proof of ancient extraterrestrial visitors, giant flying reptiles appearing simultaneously in civilizations worldwide seems pretty suspicious.

Morning Trivia: Which of these shows wasn't an "All in the Family" spin-off?
"All in the Family" spawned an entire universe of TV shows in the 1970s, with characters branching off into their own series like branches on a family tree. The Bunkers' neighbors, relatives, and even their relatives' maids ended up getting their own time in the spotlight. Looking at these classic shows, can you spot which one never actually spun off from the Bunker household?
Guess The ShowRetro Trivia: How fast is the speed of light?
On one hand, it's pretty cool to look up at the night sky full of stars and realize that you're actually seeing millions of years in the past — since light doesn't travel instantaneously. On the other hand, it's pretty annoying to think that no matter how hard we look, we won't ever get to see what some alien on a distant planet is up to right at this very moment.
