Producer-director James L. Brooks (1940) co-created "The Mary Tyler Moore Show," "Taxi," and "The Simpsons," and won three Academy Awards for "Terms of Endearment": Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Adapted Screenplay. He directed "Broadcast News" and "As Good as It Gets," and returned to feature directing last year with "Ella McCay," his first film in fifteen years.

Actress Candice Bergen (1946) played the title character on "Murphy Brown," winning five Primetime Emmys and two Golden Globes, and earned an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actress in "Starting Over." She joined "Boston Legal" as Shirley Schmidt and recently appeared on "Saturday Night Live" to induct Jack Black into the Five-Timers Club.

Musician Billy Joel (1949) earned the nickname "Piano Man" with his 1973 signature song and went on to release twelve studio albums spanning pop and rock, selling more than 160 million records worldwide and earning induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. He ended his decade-long monthly Madison Square Garden residency in 2024 and is the subject of HBO's "Billy Joel: And So It Goes."

Actor John Corbett (1961) broke through as Chris Stevens on "Northern Exposure" and starred as Ian Miller in the "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" franchise. He played Aidan Shaw on "Sex and the City," reprised the role on "And Just Like That…," and has appeared in all three Netflix "To All the Boys" films.

Actress Rosario Dawson (1979) made her feature debut at age 15 in "Kids" and went on to star in "Rent," "Sin City," and "Men in Black II." She plays the live-action Ahsoka Tano across "The Mandalorian," "The Book of Boba Fett," and "Ahsoka," and she returned to the Clerks franchise with "Clerks III."
